What do couples receive?
A private wedding gallery with 40 GB of shared storage for guest photos and videos, original downloads, a QR code and printable card, privacy controls and a slideshow. The gallery is available for 12 months after the wedding. Packs contain quantities of this same package, with 40 GB shared across each wedding gallery.
How long do I have to assign pack galleries?
Six months from pack purchase. The wedding date must be within 18 months of assignment.
What happens if a wedding is cancelled?
A pack gallery may be reassigned once, free of charge, for a cancelled wedding. Original booking deadlines are preserved. Storage runs for 12 months after the replacement wedding. There are no voluntary cash refunds for unused pack purchases; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Who controls the wedding photos?
Couples retain control of their private photos and videos. Planner participation does not grant access to their galleries or media. Couples should share private guest links carefully.
