This agreement describes prepaid planner packs offered by FrameAmour, operated by Hummus Collective LLC. Participation is subject to approval and written confirmation of programme arrangements before you join or pay.

Pack fulfilment, assignment arrangements and tax treatment must be confirmed in writing before payment. Sending an enquiry does not purchase a pack.

1. Prepaid planner packs

• Packs are available in quantities of 5, 10 or 20 galleries. Each gallery is the same current retail package with 40 GB shared storage. Pricing and tax treatment will be confirmed in your written quote before payment.
• Packs are paid upfront: 5 galleries for US$295, 10 for US$550 or 20 for US$1,040. Confirm the final quote before payment.
• Assign galleries within six months of pack purchase. The wedding date must be within 18 months of the first assignment.
• Pack fulfilment and the assignment procedure must be confirmed in writing before payment.
• Planners may include galleries in their service packages or offer them as an optional addition.

2. Cancellations and reassignment

• One free reassignment is permitted for a cancelled wedding. Original booking deadlines are preserved; reassignment does not start new assignment or booking periods. The replacement wedding must remain within 18 months of the first assignment.
• Storage runs for 12 months after the replacement wedding.
• Unused pack purchases are nonrefundable. No voluntary cash refunds are provided for unused purchases. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

3. Support and private media

• The planner handles routine guidance, including QR distribution and basic participation instructions. FrameAmour handles technical issues.
• Couples retain control of their private media. Planner participation does not grant access to couples’ galleries, photos or videos.
• Do not request passwords, payment credentials or access to private media to provide planner guidance.

4. Before paying

Review this partner agreement and confirmed package details, together with our Terms of service and Privacy policy. For planner-pack galleries, the assignment and wedding deadlines in this agreement apply instead of the direct retail deadline measured from purchase.
