Good to know before you gift.

What does their gift include?

A private wedding gallery with 40 GB for photos and videos, a QR code and printable guest card, original downloads, a slideshow and privacy controls. Uploads stay open for three calendar months after the wedding. Viewing and downloads last for 12 months after the wedding.

How do they receive their gift?

We email your gift and message to the recipient after payment is confirmed. They sign in with that email to set up their gallery. You won’t receive access to their private photos. Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation; scheduled delivery is not available.

When can they start using it?

Choose a wedding within 18 months of purchase. Once they enter their wedding date, the couple can try a limited paid preview. Full activation happens 14 days before the wedding, or immediately if their wedding is within that window.

What if I enter the wrong email?

Check the recipient email carefully: the gallery is assigned to that address. For a correction, contact hello@frameamour.com.

What is the refund policy?

Our 14 day money-back guarantee runs from the gift purchase date. A refund closes the gifted gallery. See the Terms of service for the full conditions.
